Working with Computershare was such a pleasure! They wanted to give something that would help their staff to focus on wellbeing so we curated a gift around The Happiest Gratitude Journal.

We sent over 10,000 individual gifts to homes in 7 countries spread over 3 continents. We worked directly with Nina Dickinson (assistant to the head of HR) on the project, here's what she had to say about working with us!

'It was an absolute pleasure working with the Itty Bitty Book Co. from the start to the close of this project! After a year of dealing with lots of uncertainty and isolation from friends and loved ones, we wanted the staff gift to emphasise the importance of employees looking after their well-being and mental health. After researching extensively online, we came across the ‘Happiest Gratitude Journal’ and it was exactly what we were looking for! It truly is a unique product in the corporate gifting space, as well as being very reasonably priced and small enough that it’s a practical option for sending internationally.

We were really impressed with how professional and flexible Astra and her team were in dealing with such a large and complex order. They took care of everything; from sourcing the various extras we wanted to include right through to printing bespoke compliment slips, packaging and international shipping. No request was too much trouble and they were endlessly accommodating and positive in their handling of the many changes and challenges that arose along the way. Communication from the team was exceptional throughout the project and, despite tight deadlines, we always felt reassured that they had things under control and would deliver on their commitments in a prompt and professional manner, which of course they did!

Our employees in various global locations loved the gift (which included the gratitude journal, a set of pens engraved with encouraging quotes and some festive chocolates). Many people expressed what a unique and thoughtful gesture they found it to be, as well as how appropriate and timely it was given the current world situation.

Overall, a fabulous end-to-end service provided and all expectations exceeded!
